Watermelon Wave

You Will Need
- Broccoli – two heads,
chopped into florets - 2 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt - ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Optional:
Lemon wedges
Grated parmesan cheese
What To Do
- Cut the watermelon in half, scoop out chunks, and place into the blender.
- Add lime juice to the blender.
- Blend the fruit for 1-2 minutes until totally smooth. If you feel like the puree has too much pulp or too many seeds, you can press through a fine mesh strainer into another bowl.
- Serve cold and store in the refrigerator for up to four days. May need to stir to combine again.
- Optional:
Top with sparkling water for some extra fizz!
