Salmon Patties

You Will Need
- 1 can (15 ounce) salmon, flaked
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoon onion, diced
- ½ cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
What To Do
- In medium-size skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Combine canned salmon, beaten egg, onion and ¼ cup bread crumbs.
- Form into patties.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
