Pico De Gallo

You Will Need
- 1½ pounds ripe tomatoes,
- chopped and seeded
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, ribs
r e m o v e d - ⅓ cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup cilantro, finely
chopped
What To Do
- Finely chop all of the ingredients. Tomatoes should be seeded.
- Combine onion, pepper, and tomatoes in a large bowl. Add lime juice, cilantro, and
seasonings and stir to combine. - Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridee before serving.
Tip! – If you don’t like cilantro, fresh parsley can be substituted.
