Killer Kale Salad

Servings: 4 ⟩⟩ Serving size:  1 1/4 cup


You Will Need

  • 5 ounces of kale, roughly
  • chopped, stems removed
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated Parm cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

What To Do

  • Massage kale – combine kale, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Use fingers to massage the dressing into the kale for 2-3 minutes. Allow to sit and soften for 8-10 minutes
  • Add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and toss.
