Killer Kale Salad
Servings: 4 ⟩⟩ Serving size: 1 1/4 cup
You Will Need
- 5 ounces of kale, roughly
- chopped, stems removed
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup grated Parm cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
What To Do
- Massage kale – combine kale, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Use fingers to massage the dressing into the kale for 2-3 minutes. Allow to sit and soften for 8-10 minutes
- Add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and toss.
