You Will Need

  • ½ head cabbage, thinly
  • sliced
  • 1 cup carrot, shredded
  • ½ cup low-fat mayo
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

What To Do

  • Place cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
  • Whisk mayo, vinegar, sugar, and seasonings in a separate bowl until well combined.
  • Add dressing to cabbage mixture and combine.
  • Serve immediately or allow to marinate in the refrigerator prior to serving.
